On November 14, 2007, the Board of Trustees of the California State University approved the final
campus master plan and an increase in SF State’s enrollment target from 20,000 full-time
equivalent students (FTE) to 25,000 FTE, and certified the Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
As the master plan and related mitigations identified in the EIR are implemented, updates will be
posted to the SF State Capital Planning, Design and Construction Web site at
http://www.sfsu.edu/~build/
