endeavor that involved faculty, students, staff and neighbors—has resulted in a comprehensive plan for physical development that
supports the University's strategic vision and values.
The complete master plan for 2007-2020, as submitted to the California State University Board of Trustees for approval in
September 2007, is included here for your review. You will see that it reflects our commitment to
environmental sustainability,
our desire to remain strongly connected to our city, region and state—and our determination to always be a place of opportunity,
